Our company specializes in the production of all types of denim fabrics and garments. Having received a license permitting us to independently conduct import and export trade, we are experiencing annual sales turnovers worth in excess of USD10,000,000.
With workshops covering an area of 78,000 square meters, our factory is equipped with advanced production facilities. These include wit_16-dip sizing-dyeing machines with double slash boxes and electrical yarn clearing units from Italy, in addition to 58 sets of 'Picarno' brand GTM-AS air jets and 26 sets of 'Picarno' GTX spinning machines; both from Belgium. Moreover, we also have 35 sets of KT566 high-speed spinning machines and 65 sets of KT368 spinning machines.
Utilizing the abovementioned equipments, we have built up well-developed capabilities for printing, weaving and finishing of textiles. In fact, monthly output of denim fabrics now stands at 1,000,000 yards. Meanwhile, we can also supply an average of 3,000,000 pcs denim garments every year.
Producing numerous items, our best-selling series now include denim in 100% cotton, cotton-dacron, linen-cotton, blended chemical fiber, stretch, slub, gold/silver silk, checked, stripe, jacquard, printed, two color, chromat, PU coated and gold/silver powder variations. Available in weights ranging from 6.5oz. to 14.5oz., 90% of our products are being exported to clients in the European, American and Japanese markets.
